Congratulations on your decision to participate in GORILLA STRONG FITNESS. With the help of the program, you’ll greatly improve your ability to accomplish your health goals faster, safer, and with maximum benefits.
You acknowledge that your program provides the following:
(A) MORNING ROUTINE, routine to start your day, hydrate your body and master your mindset. You acknowledge that all documents sent to you are owned by GORILLA STRONG FITNESS and are solely for the use of its clients. You agree not to share them with others in any way.(B) MONTHLY EXERCISE ROUTINES, personalized workout plans through the Trainerize App.(C) MONTHLY NUTRITION PLANS, whole-food easy to follow and prepare plant-based recipes.You acknowledge that recipes are owned by GORILLA STRONG FITNESS and are solely for the use of itsclients. You agree not to share them with others in any way.(D) WEEKLY ACCOUNTABILITY CHECK-INS, you will receive accountability messages every week throughthe Trainerize App.
During your program, every effort will be made to assure your safety. GORILLA STRONG FITNESS programs include participation in strenuous physical activities, including but not limited to, weight training and various aerobic exercises. As with any exercise program, there are risks. These involve inherent risk of physical injuries or other damages, including, but no limited to, heart attacks, muscle strains, pulls or tears, broken bones, shin splints, heat prostration, knee/lower back/foot injuries and other illness, soreness, or injury however caused, occurring during or after participation in the physical activities. Such risks include but are not limited to, defective or improperly used equipment, over exertion, slip and fall, or unknown health problem. By signing this contract, you agree to acknowledge assumption of risk. You agree to assume all risk and responsibility involved with participation in following an exercise program, nutrition suggestions, meal plan suggestions, or supplement suggestions by GORILLA STRONG FITNESS. You affirm to be in good physical condition and that you do not suffer from any disability that would prevent or limit your participation in the physical activities. You acknowledge that participation will be physically and mentally challenging and agree that it is your responsibility to seek competent medical or other professional advice regarding any concerns involved with your ability to take part in your GORILLA STRONG FITNESS program. You acknowledge that no results are guaranteed and that you should consult your doctor before beginning any fitness and/or nutrition program. By signing this agreement, you assert to be capable of participating in the physical activities. You agree to assume all risk and responsibility for exceeding your own physical limits. You agree to fully release MARK MARTELL and JENNIFER MARTELL as well as GORILLA STRONG FITNESS from any and all liability, claims and/or litigation actions that you may have for injuries, disability, death or other damages of any kind, including but not limited to punitive damages, arising out of participation in the physical activities, exercise program and nutrition program.
You acknowledge and agree that the total amount you paid for your customized fitness and nutrition program ({{order_total}}) is non-refundable and your program expires 6 months and 3 days from the signing date of this contract.
