How will I communicate with you?

Unlike normal gym sessions, which you would only have access to your trainer during your appointment, our app allows you to regularly be in touch with us, through two-way messaging. 

How will I track my progress?

We have you upload progress photos (which we do not share) and log your weight once to twice a month.

Can I connect my Fitbit to my program?

Yes, you can connect Trainerize account and Fitbit, MyFitnessPal, or Withings.

Will I know what my workouts are in advance of them starting?

Yes, once you set up your Trainerize account you will have access to view your workouts on your calendar.

How do you hold me accountable?

We check that you do your workouts every day and if you start missing them we send you a message to check in to make sure everything is alright and to encourage you to continue.

What is your fitness and nutrition background, what certifications do you have?

Where will I be able to buy groceries for meal plan?

We made sure to only use ingredients that are readily available in the U.S. and that can be bought at WholeFoods, Costco, Amazon, or your local grocery store.

What will my workouts look like and how long will they take?

You’ll do at least 30 minutes of cardio every day, 5 minutes of foam rolling 4 to 5 times a week, 6-8 minutes of core 5 times a week, and 30 to 45 minutes of training 4 to 5 times a week.
*all dependent upon your specific goals and your schedule.

What will my program include?

We provide you with a short and effective morning routine, weekly workouts (which change every 4 to 6 weeks), 3 meal plans (each sent 4 to 6 weeks apart) of 120+ delicious recipes that we have personally created to ensure you eat the healthiest and most nutrient rich foods. You will access your weekly workouts and meal plans on the Trainerize app.

Do I have to pay to download the app?

No, the app is free for you to download and use. 

What if I don’t know how to do one of the exercises in my workout?

Each exercise we assign has a written explanation and short video showing how to properly do it. We always encourage messaging us any and all questions you may have on the app.

What if I am not sure about my form while doing an exercise?

We will have you video tape yourself doing the exercise and send it to us through a message on the app so we can see and critique your form.

What if I travel during my program?

We’ve got you covered. We ask that you let us know when you schedule a trip, when it will be and what exercise equipment (if any) you will have access to and we will make the necessary adjustments to your workout and schedule.

Will I have to count calories?

No we will not have you counting calories. We do believe in and recommend intermittent fasting, eating within a 10 hour timeframe every day.

What's your style of coaching?

Fun, enjoyable, ass kicking and empowering. We create a personalized program for you. . . to provide you with a program that works for you and brings about the results you are looking for.

How fast will I get results?

It’s hard to say exactly because every person is different. Generally, our clients lose an average of 15-30lbs in a three-month period. It really just depends on how much effort they put into following their program.

Will I need any supplements or equipment before starting my program?

We recommend a few supplements that we personally take with nutritional information on them but it is completely up to you to choose to take them or not. . . they are not weight loss supplements. We also love incorporating TRX workouts so it’s always great to have one or have access to one, but again it is completely up to you.

How many hours of sleep should I get at night?
We always encourage people to get between seven and eight hours of sleep a night.
How long have you been training people?

Combined we have trained people for 20+ years.

What is your fitness philosophy?

We believe in treating the whole person (mindset, nutrition, physical fitness) and motivating them to live truly healthy lifestyles.

What is your cancellation policy?

We do not offer refunds. 

What happens when my program ends? Can I still access my workouts once my program ends?

Once your program ends your account on Trainerize app is deactivated unless you sign up to continue at least 24hours after your last day.
